On May 27, 2021, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued patent No. 11018397 covering the Company’s Thermal Runaway Shield technology.
A copy of the above-mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
