Explanation of Responses:

1. Represent shares sold to satisfy tax withholding obligations that arose in connection with the vesting of 17,500 shares of Restricted Stock Units granted on March 3, 2022. The sales were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on March 23, 2022.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $2.78 to $3.12, inclusive.
