Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 7, 2021, David Vincent, a Director, resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. His resignation is not a result of a dispute with the Company, and his resignation letter is attached as Exhibit 17.1.
