Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 13, 2022, Keros Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results from a preclinical study of a research form of KER-012 on cardiac and pulmonary pathology in an established rodent model of pulmonary arterial hypertension, which were presented at the Pulmonary Hypertension Association International Conference and Scientific Sessions held June 10 through 12, 2022.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
