Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 24, 2016, CommerceHub, Inc. (“CommerceHub”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it will issue its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2016 after the market close on Monday, November 7, 2016. On the same day, CommerceHub will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, during which its management team will discuss CommerceHub’s financial performance and strategy, and may discuss future opportunities.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
