Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 25, 2017, CommerceHub, Inc. (“CommerceHub”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it will issue its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2017 after the market close on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. On the same day, CommerceHub will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, during which its management team will discuss CommerceHub’s financial performance and strategy, and may discuss future opportunities.
