Explanation of Responses:

1. Performance share units not previously reportable vested upon determination by the DowDuPont Inc. Compensation Committee on April 1, 2019, determined that the synergy capture maximum performance criteria had been met. Additional performance-based targets remain. Performance share units will be settled in one installment on or about September 1, 2019, subject to continued employment.
