Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock options were granted on October 1, 2018 and vested 25% on June 30, 2019 and 6.25% on the last day of each calendar quarter thereafter. The options expire September 30, 2028.

2. The stock options were granted on December 21, 2018 and vested 25% on December 31, 2019 and 6.25% each calendar quarter thereafter. The options expire December 21, 2028.

3. The stock options were granted on November 30, 2020 and vest 25% on December 31, 2021 and 6.25% each calendar quarter thereafter. The options expire November 30, 2030.
