Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were issued to the Reporting Person in connection to a merger between the Issuer and an entity controlled by the Reporting Person.

2. Reporting Person controls an additional 7% of the Issuer via Abina Asean Co. which he is the sole control person, therefore directly he controls 52% and indirectly another 46% which is held by his common law wife, Manichan Khor.
