Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Years
On January 30, 2019, we filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State changing our name from “SanSal Wellness Holdings, Inc.” to “Veritas Farms, Inc.” A copy of the Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation is filed asExhibit 3.1 hereto. The aforementioned change of name and a related change in the Company’s OTC markets trading symbol from SSWH to VFRM received authorization from FINRA effective February 5, 2019.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated February 4, 2019 announcing effectiveness of the change of name and trading symbol is filed herewith asExhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
