Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 15, 2020, Cardtronics plc (the "Company') issued a press release providing a business update relating to 1) recent performance and trends; 2) its capital structure; and 3) updated financial performance expectations for its second quarter ending June 30, 2020.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Company also announced that it would remove the previously announced temporary pay reductions to all employees’ salaries (including the CEO and the retainer fees of the Board of Directors), effective July 1, 2020, as a result of recent improvements in the business.
