Represents the number of shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax obligations incurred upon the vesting of certain restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person under the 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan and previously disclosed by the Reporting Person on Table II on February 24, 2015 and April 11, 2016 (adjusted as a result of the spin off of Armstrong Flooring, Inc.).
