Explanation of Responses:

1. 1,936 shares subject to the option vested in equal monthly installments commencing on August 15, 2019, and the remaining shares subject to the option shall vest on December 15, 2020, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through such date.

2. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares subject to the option shall vest on September 23, 2021, and one thirty-sixth (1/36th) of the remaining shares subject to the option shall vest each month thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date.
