Item 2.03 On June 28, 2017, Larison Inc made $20,000 loan without interest to Landbay Inc. This is a short term loan, and the loan will be paid back within one year. Wanjun xie is the director, officer and 92.32% indirect shareholders of Landbay Inc, at same time, Wanjun Xie is the director, officer and 100% owner of Larison Inc. Larison Inc is 92.32% direct shareholder of landbay Inc.
