On March 21, 2017, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.05 per share, payable April 14, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2017.
