Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 7, 2021, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Emergency Executive Order 21-01 issued Wednesday, January 6, 2021 by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz allows Canterbury Park to reopen its Card Casino, simulcast, and food and beverage operations on January 11, 2021. The Company’s reopening will be subject to current statewide COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions.
