On October 21, 2014, Campbell Soup Company (“Campbell”) announced that Ellen Oran Kaden, Senior Vice President – Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer, has informed Campbell of her decision to retire on May 1, 2015. Ms. Kaden will step down from her current role on January 31, 2015, and serve as Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer through May 1, 2015. Campbell will conduct a search for Ms. Kaden’s successor.
