2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $22.70 to $23.64, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $23.72 to $24.36, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

4. Twenty-five percent of the shares subject to the option vests on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date, and the remainder vests in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter for the following three years.
