NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
On June 5, 2017, Motif Bio plc (the “Company”) posted a notice of general meeting (the “Notice”) to shareholders in connection with a placement of its ordinary shares in the United Kingdom, which was previously disclosed on June 2, 2017. The Notice and form of proxy are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
