Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares were repurchased by the issuer as of September 28, 2018, pursuant to an Offer to Repurchase dated as of June 26, 2018 (the "Offer"). Pursuant to the terms of the Offer, the purchase price of the shares was equal to the net asset value of the shares as of September 30, 2018, which was determined by the issuer on October 24, 2018.

Remarks:

This Form 4A corrects the transaction date from September 30, 2018 to September 28, 2018 and includes the purchase price for the shares, which was determined by the issuer on October 24, 2018 and was not known at the time of the Form 4 filing.
