ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 28, 2016, TiVo Corporation issued a press release announcing it had entered into product and intellectual property agreements with Netflix. While TiVo does not disclose the economic details of such transactions, these agreements do not change the fiscal year 2016 estimates given by TiVo on November 3, 2016.
