Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 17, 2023, SSII issued a press release announcing that the Company had been featured on Indian national news as the country celebrated its 77th Independence Day on August 15, 2023.
DD India, a news and current affairs channel in India, aired the feature as part of a series highlighting home-grown success stories that showcase Indian excellence on the global stage.
