As previously announced, on November 8, 2022, the registrant changed its name from “Vision Hydrogen Corporation” to “Vision Energy Corporation” (the “Company”). On December 7, 2022, the Company’s stock symbol changed from “VIHDD” to “VENG” to reflect the name change. The Company’s CUSIP number remains 92837Y200.
The Company issued a press release announcing the symbol change on December 7, 2022, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
