Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of July 28, 2016, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-C35. The purpose of this amendment is to (1) file the executed versions of the agreements previously filed asExhibits 4.1 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”),99.1,99.2,99.3,99.4,99.5,99.6 and99.7 to the Form 8-K and (2) make clerical and other minor revisions to the version ofExhibit 4.1 that was previously filed. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
