Section 8 – Other Events
On June 22, 2017, International Seaways, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it had closed on a $500 million Term Loan and $50 million Revolving Credit Facility. Proceeds from the Term Loan will be used to refinance the $458 million outstanding balance of the Company's existing Term Loan, and for general corporate purposes including fleet renewal and growth. The Revolving Credit Facility is currently undrawn. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
