The class of securities to be registered hereby is the 9.50% Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) of Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc. (the “Company”). For a description of the Notes, reference is made to the information under the heading “Description of the Notes” in the prospectus included in the Company’s registration statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-239198), as amended, declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission ( the “Commission”) on July 10, 2020.
