INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT ON FORM 6-K
On January 29, 2019, Hunter Maritime Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") received an unsecured loan in the principal amount of $200,000 (the "Promissory Note") from CMB NV, a Belgian company with limited liability, which is the Company's sponsor and a related party. The Promissory Note bears interest at a rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 0.60% and is due on the earlier of April 23, 2019 or the completion of an initial business combination by the Company. A copy of the Promissory Note is attached as Exhibit 10.1 hereto.
