Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 25, 2021, the Ozop Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) finalized the creation of Ozop Capital Partners Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Ozop Capital”), which is now a majority owned as a subsidiary of the Company, with PJN Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company, being the minority shareholder of Ozop Capital. Brian Conway was appointed as the sole officer and director of Ozop Capital and retains voting control of Ozop Capital.
