2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 12, 2020, Ping Identity Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. In the press release, the Company also announced that it will hold a conference call on August 12, 2020 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
