2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 5, 2021, Ping Identity Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. In the press release, the Company also announced that it will hold a conference call on May 5, 2021 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021.
