Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person exercised these options in order to retain ownership of all shares, less those required to be sold to pay the exercise price and applicable taxes.

2. The options were issued with an exercise price of CAD $61.65. The reported exercise price represents the U.S. dollar equivalent.

3. The reported shares were sold in Canadian dollars and converted into their U.S. dollar equivalent using the Bank of Canada daily exchange rate on May 3, 2024 of 0.7314.

4. These options are immediately exercisable.
