Item 8.01 Other Events.
HealthLynked Corp. (the “Company”) previously issued a promissory note with an initial principal amount of $550,000 to YA II PN, Ltd. (“Yorkville”) on July 19, 2022, as amended on November 15, 2022 (the “Note”). On March 17, 2023, the Company made the final scheduled installment on the Note and retired the Note in full.
