Sterling Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock

Southfield, Michigan, February 11, 2019 — Sterling Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBT), the holding company of Sterling Bank and Trust, F.S.B., announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable February 28, 2019 to shareholders of record at February 22, 2019.
