Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 14, 2014 Mr. Yakubov received a total of 20,020 shares of the Registrant's common stock in consideration for acting as President and Director in a private transaction. At the time of the transaction the shares acquired represented 54.61% of the Registrant's issued and outstanding common stock.

Remarks:

Mr. Ruben Yakubov was appointed President, director and Secretary-Treasurer on June 13, 2014. He served as the Registrant's President from June 13, 2014 to July 29, 2014. And served as Secretary-Treasurer from June 13, 2014 to September 30, 2014. On September 30, 2014 he was once again appointed President.
