1. Consists of 36,344 RSUs granted on June 10, 2021. 50% of the shares vest on the second anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 50% vest on the third anniversary of the grant date.

2. Fully vested.

3. 25% of the shares vested on February 25, 2020, and the remaining 75% vest in equal monthly installments thereafter over a three-year period.

4. 25% of the shares vested on March 2, 2021, and the remaining 75% vest in equal monthly installments thereafter over a three-year period.

5. 25% of the shares vested on January 4, 2022, and the remaining 75% vest in equal monthly installments thereafter over a three-year period.

6. 25% of the shares vested on February 4, 2022, and the remaining 75% vest in equal monthly installments thereafter over a three-year period.
