On October 1, 2018, AVROBIO, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “AVROBIO Announces Updated Clinical Data forAVR-RD-01 Gene Therapy in Fabry Disease.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
