VivoPower International PLC Announces Resignation of Independent Director, Mr. Edward Hyams
VivoPower International PLC (Nasdaq:VVPR) (“VivoPower”), an international solar power company, today announced the resignation of Mr. Edward Hyams, Independent Director of VivoPower International PLC. Mr. Edward Hyams has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of VivoPower, effective from November 16, 2018.
