On February 24, 2023, VivoPower International PLC issued a press release announcing its unaudited consolidated statement of financial position as of December 31, 2022, and its unaudited consolidated statement of comprehensive income, unaudited consolidated statement of changes in equity and unaudited consolidated cash flow statement for the six months ended December 31, 2022.
