ICC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that the proposed merger of the Company and Mutual Capital Holdings, Inc. (“Mutual Capital”) has been approved by the Illinois Department of Insurance.
The proposed merger remains subject to certain conditions and approvals, including regulatory approval from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and customary closing conditions.
