On December 29, 2020, Sachem Capital Corp. issued a press release announcing the issuance and sale of an additional $3,000,000 original principal amount of its 7.75% unsecured unsubordinated notes due September 30, 2025 (“Notes”) pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option on December 22, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
