1. 90,000 restricted stock units vested on February 19, 2022. Common stock resulting from the vesting of these restricted stock units was issued on March 9, 2022. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. 25,274 shares of common stock were withheld for the payment of taxes applicable to the settlement of the restricted stock units.
