Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 12, 2019, Moderna, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive interim phase 1 data for the first combination vaccine against the respiratory viruses hMPV and PIV3. The Company will conduct a call to discuss these results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
