Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated as of December 22, 2016 and filed December 27, 2016, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-NXS6. The purpose of this amendment is to file a corrected version of the agreement previously filed asExhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
