On February 8, 2024, the Board of Directors of International Money Express, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an agreement with Ernesto Luciano, the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, under which he will resign from his positions with the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Luciano would continue to assist the Company for a one month period in order to assist with the effective transition of his duties.
