Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On April 1, 2021, CNL Strategic Capital, LLC (referred to herein as “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huron Title Buyer, LLC, completed its acquisition of a controlling interest in ATA Holding Company, LLC (“ATA”).
The Company hereby amends the Current Report on Form 8-K originally filed on April 5, 2021 to include the unaudited summarized financial statements of ATA.
