Explanation of Responses:

1. 1/4th of the shares subject to the option became vested and exercisable on September 22, 2015 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter.

2. 1/4th of the shares subject to the option became vested and exercisable on April 1, 2016 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter.

3. 1/4th of the shares subject to the option became vested and exercisable on May 1, 2016 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter.

4. 1/8th of the shares subject to the option shall be come vested and exercisable on May 1, 2017 and 1/96th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter for the next 36 months. 1/8th of the shares subject to the option shall become vested and exercisable on September 29, 2017 and 1/96th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter for the next 36 months.

5. Class B Common Stock is convertible at any time, at the holder's election, into Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis and has no expiration date.
