Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of November 3, 2016, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-C36. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical revisions to the agreement previously filed asExhibit 4.4 (the “WFCM 2016-LC24 Pooling and Servicing Agreement”) to the Form 8-K. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K.
