On June 29, 2017, Ramaco Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection issued the final reclamation and mine permit for its Low Volatile Berwind mine. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form8-K.
