On February 22, 2018, Ramaco Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release describing preliminary and unaudited selected financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter of 2017 and the year ended December 31, 2017 and guidance for 2018 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
