Business Description and Basis of Presentation [Text Block] | 1. Organization and Business Ramaco Resources, Inc. (“Resources”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ramaco Development LLC, is engaged in the business of production and sale of metallurgical coal in central and northern Appalachia.
